To my mind, the western portion of North Slope Potrero has not seen anything like this. It’s very far out in front of the curve, but I don’t know that they’re trippin’ either!
Perhaps the marketing remarks can shed some light as to whether they’re “trippin!”:

On that note, if you close your eyes and tap your heels long enough, red glass slipper optional (this is San Francisco after all), you too can someday have a $2,145,000 home in Potrero Hill. Tap them longer and maybe that price will come down a tad.

sold in 2007 for $1.075mm. i went into this house before the remodel and it was a freagin’ mess! my favorite part was the naked male stick-figure carved into the shower (how did i know it was a male naked stick figure? well, let’s just say his “thang” was as big as his body).
they’re thinking Noe Alternative, mixed with nothing else for sale SFHwise over there. Yes this is overpriced but not compared to Noe.
You ask what are they trippin’ and I think it’s spiking the Noe Valley Kool-aid with a little Anchor Steam

I agree – It’s the Noe Valley effect. They are seeking someone with Noe Valley money looking for a little “edge”. Views are nice but the price seems high to me…
