2255 Lyon               [couldn’t find anything for that address, do you mean 2550 Lyon? If so, still available for $9,800,000. Could be yours. ;-) ]?

I just got a postcard from a real estate agent. I’m most interested in 3612 Webster. Thnx.”

Tell that Realtor to quit sending you that crap and wasting paper. You have theFrontSteps now! You might want them to send you the….we won’t plug that one, you’ll have to contact us.

  1. 3612 Webster was a nice place. My question is, there is no way the place was 2,550 sqft as claimed, unless they counted the outdoor decks? It’s the upper unit + the master bedroom upstairs, bathroom, and a living space.

    What is up with the sqftage differentials? Decks DO NOT count as squarefootage right?

    [Editor’s note: We all love a little wine every now and then, and that’s what we are enjoying at this moment. We will check the tax records asap, but to answer the question, NO, decks DO NOT count as square footage, unless you live in a yurt. ;-) ]
