The market is moving… and so are we. We dug through the fresh inventory to find a few properties that really caught our eye this week.
Here is what we are looking at.
1. 2988 Washington St, San Francisco, CA 94115 | $2,995,000
Pacific Heights | 2 Bed | 2 Bath | ~ sqft
This spot on Washington Street has some serious style. It sits just a block from Alta Plaza Park… always a bonus. The facade has a new plaster finish and a custom steel door that really sets the tone. Inside you will find high ceilings and a kitchen that the listing description says has “swagger” (we kind of agree). It features Bellmont cabinetry and Thermador appliances. The real kicker here is the parking. It has space for three large vehicles. You rarely see that in this neighborhood.
2. 1474 34th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94122 | $2,495,000
Central Sunset | 5 Bed | 4 Bath | 2,455 sqft
We love the Avenues. This one in the Central Sunset looks like a traditional 1930s home from the outside… but the inside is a different story. It was renovated back in 2018 and has a very modern feel. You get five bedrooms here which is a lot of space for the area. The lower level has a media room with a projector. It looks like a great place to hide out when the fog rolls in.
3. 75 San Jacinto Way, San Francisco, CA 94127 | $2,350,000
Monterey Heights | 4 Bed | 4 Bath | 2,684 sqft
Seventy-six years is a long time. That is how long it has been since this home was last on the market. We love seeing original properties like this. It was built in 1949 and still has some of those cool mid-century details like the terrazzo entry and hardwood floors. You get ocean views from the living room and the primary bedroom. It sits in the hills of Monterey Heights which keeps you close to West Portal but feels a bit more removed from the noise.
4. 689 Minna St,San Francisco, CA 94103 | $1,950,000
South of Market | 2 Bed | 2 Bath | 1,680 sqft
Finding a single-family home in SoMa is not an everyday occurrence. This one is contemporary with a lot of glass and clean lines. It has a massive terrace that adds a ton of usable space… over 350 square feet of it. The kitchen is fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The best part might be the garage though. It has secure parking for two cars. If you know SoMa… you know that is a big deal.
5. 21 Cameo Way, San Francisco, CA 94131 | $1,798,000
Diamond Heights | 3 Bed | 2 Bath | 1,495 sqft
Single-level living is something a lot of our clients ask for. This detached home delivers that. It sits on a quiet street and has a nice flow between the indoors and the deck. The lot feels private with gardens in the front and back. It also comes with solar panels and an EV charger. The driveway is long enough for three or four cars… so parking will never be an issue here.
