I always like seeing units in this building, and we just closed on this great corner loft at 16 Jessie St.
This place has a great backstory. It was originally an ice house built in 1906 and was converted to lofts in 2010. The developers did a nice job keeping the original brick and steel, which really defines the space.
This unit, #205, had ceilings over 11 feet high and massive arched windows, giving it a feeling of volume that’s hard to find. The layout was smart too, with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the loft.
It’s a solid piece of old San Francisco, and I’m happy we got this one done. It was listed for $1,275,000 and we just closed for $1,300,000, a solid $25,000 over asking.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, let’s talk. Where happy to share what we know and help you get it done.
