We thought we’d do another little wager. We’re staying out of this one. We leave it up to you. Update: It might not actually be marked sold in MLS yet, but we know the scoop, and unfortunately we can’t give you all the dirt. What we can tell you is that they were asking $1,385,000, it went for over $1.6MM, received 11 offers and was only on the market 5 days.

Oh, no way, not after the house on 12th ave. There’s a bit of a frenzy in the inner sunset these days. I’m going to say $1.58M, and Barbara could have done even better if she waited for two opens before taking offers. The client’s probably happy though…

Why doesn’t the city take down the ugly power lines? Would make the environment so much better. More trees on the streets too.
