3612 Webster was a nice place. My question is, there is no way the place was 2,550 sqft as claimed, unless they counted the outdoor decks? It’s the upper unit + the master bedroom upstairs, bathroom, and a living space.
What is up with the sqftage differentials? Decks DO NOT count as squarefootage right?
[Editor’s note: We all love a little wine every now and then, and that’s what we are enjoying at this moment. We will check the tax records asap, but to answer the question, NO, decks DO NOT count as square footage, unless you live in a yurt. ;-) ]
