Cow Hollow just witnessed a major transaction… and for once, the final number came in under the list price.
The residence at 2626 Filbert Street recently closed escrow. While the final price was certainly substantial, it didn’t quite reach the seller’s target. Listed for $15,900,000, it traded for $15,000,000 flat. That puts it $900,000 under the mark.
We have to mention the architecture here. It is a poured-in-place concrete structure by Aidlin Darling Design. The sheer scale of the twenty-foot ceilings in the great room is something you rarely find. It creates a volume of space that feels completely different from the typical vertical living we are used to in San Francisco.
Congratulations to the new owners… that is quite the place to call home.
