I’m happy to report we again pulled off a sale that we thought would be very, very difficult. As it turns out, even in this market, there are quite a few ultra high end buyers looking for luxury homes around San Francisco.

I put this 5 bed, 5.5 bath luxury, view single family home on the market at 3 pm on a Friday, had an open house at 5pm, the first people through the door at just after 5 turned out to be the buyers that essentially won the house I think just one week later. They wrote the first offer out of what could have potentially been a multiple offer situation…even at this price, and the rest is history.

Congratulations to the buyers, sellers, and tenants who relocated to England. It was a great win for everyone.
