I looked at a place on that block back in 06.
Specifically, http://www.mapjack.com/?j5DnWrT2bFADHDgA
This place took a while to sell and was a little small and “yard” wasn’t that large and was more of a glorified deck. I can’t imagine any place on that a block going for $2.3M unless it’s damn near perfect.
[Editor’s note: Looks like Mapjack was taken before the updated facade (removing shingles).]
Wow, quite the makeover! This seems like a more worthy property of the ask price. How hard is it to change the facade in San Francisco. I thought it was not easy.
