This Grinch stole the Christmas wreath from the front door of my house early Friday morning. She looks like a fairly put-together person, why is she out stealing in the middle of the night? Pacific Heights of course…
The Grinch comes then goes, and returns (cloaked/disguised) at 2:07.
Poor Pacific Heights. It gets such a bad rap…Maybe we need to put a little “Chopper” in Pacific Heights.

[Update #2: From the reader when we informed him/her of the # of links coming to our site for this post, “Good stuff indeed. Channel 7 wants to run a story on it tonight. And it seems the mystery lady has a name…” Guess you’ll have to check Channel 7 (anybody got the link to a report) for the name, and apparently a friend of the owner has placed a new wreath on their door, with a lock hopefully. ;-) ]

Instead of a wreath form, I loosely zip-tied by boughs together and then zip-tied that to the gate. Decorations went inside. Zip-ties to the rescue!
I do not trust this video to be what it says it is. A handheld camera means a person watching the theft,yet does nothing. Someone is being dishonest…

FYI: This is a video of someone recording from a TV screen which is showing the playback of the security camera, NOT someone with a handheld camera recording the theft.
Ahem. This video was taken with an iPhone recording the video monitor of the security system. The home-owner was not awake at 3am on Friday morning.

Three times yesterday I smelled people smoking weed while walking around in Pacific Heights, perhaps coping with holiday depression. Weird juju.

1. This is a video of the security video. The owner was not sitting at his/her screen watching it unfold.
2. Kris is just Kris. Radical Red State nuthead, but a good guy nonetheless. Don’t let him get to you.

What I find amusing is her decision, once she’s decided to steal it, is to return with her hood up. It’s as if she turned from a meek, slightly jealous and probably tipsy PH housfrau into KLEPTOWOMAN!
She also does a convincing job of pretending to simply admire the craftsmanship on her scouting expedition.

This ruins it for me! I was going to dip my wreaths in poison in case someone were to try to steal mine but I have a feeling I’ll get in trouble for doing so. Maybe I’ll just put some rabid squirrels and chipmunks in my wreaths next year! The person BREAKING THE LAW looks too be too upscale for any sympathy for breaking the law; but since she’s STEALING from someone that is likely wealthy, it’s still okay that she’s BREAKING THE LAW. When you are done gloating you might want to wake up and realize that your wonder man and his liberal cohorts have nothing to show after a year in office other than $trillions in debt and a failed foreign policy. As for the wreath grinch, this woman is simply following the new socialist agenda that every person’s property belongs to the collective rather than individuals. Get used to it. The ones who lost are the American citizens, not supporters of the Republican Party only. While Obama inherited a massive debt, Obama increased it by over 50%, which will be paid by our children and grandchildren. Obama is really no better than Bush, and in fact, he is continuing to ruin this country that started with former presidents up to Bush 43. Furthermore, due to the election of Senators by way of Constitutional amendment, the disastrous healthcare bill that will really destroy this country may become a reality. Your grandparents and older aunts and uncles will suffer first because they will be denied healthcare, which is exactly the opposite of what the Democrats promised. If it does pass, I sense the only way to escape that is with speakeasy medical facilities and with an underground insurance system.

No, if you’ll watch closely, the security monitor playback is being videotaped by a handheld camera, not the actual live performance of the thief.
If the Dems pushed their original health care ideas through, rather than the overly and ultra compromised ones through, the country would be far better off. Instead they are botching it by giving a crap what the other side thinks.
Single payer universal health care ala Canada would be far superior to what we have. If you don’t know a Canadian or 10, don’t tell me I’m wrong. The arguments pointing out their flaws is like saying Cindy Crawford is ugly because of her mole.

End of life counseling because “death panels”, health care for all becomes “rationing” when what we have now is far more severe rationing than what Canada or the Brits have… here 30% of the US is rationed right out of the health care system, pre-existing conditions get your rationed right out, losing your job gets you rationed right out.
To sum up, the wreath woman is clearly a Republican who thinks that stealing from others is fine since it’s to her benefit. In fact, I’m quite sure that’s Sarah Palin. Another brilliant Republican mind followed by many brilliant Republican constituents. No wonder all of the Republicans I know are all of a sudden Libertarians.

I do, and you’re wrong. I’m related to Canadians, and they are all in agreement that the Canadian system sucks. The funny thing is that they’ll tell you that privately, but if a stranger approaches them and asks, they aren’t going to say it because they always want to defend all-things-Canadian to Americans.
