After months of trying, we finally got to a price the market was happy with and got it sold within a week of the price adjustment I had been recommending for the better part of Summer. I don’t know that I’ve ever done so many open houses with no action, but that’s how San Francisco works…you gotta be priced right and the buyers will show up.
