A nice transformation. Is still pretty much the Haight and sees a fair amount of auto and pedestrian traffic . But flips on that. Lock have done well nonetheless. Look out for another fixed up beauty to hit the market up the hill in the quieter part of Cole valley. I suspect it’s of much higher quality.

The $6k rent for Grattan house you feature in the other post today – amazing. That’s a ton of dough for two bedrooms! And it’s a small house. I’ve toured it several times (2100 sq FT). I wonder what the yield is on that…
