  1. A nice transformation. Is still pretty much the Haight and sees a fair amount of auto and pedestrian traffic . But flips on that. Lock have done well nonetheless. Look out for another fixed up beauty to hit the market up the hill in the quieter part of Cole valley. I suspect it’s of much higher quality.

  2. Whoa! Amazing transformation. My wife caught me looking at this and was stunned at the before/afters. Any idea on who the designer was, or did the seller make these renovations themselves?

  3. Alex – Didn’t mean to get you amped up, but I was referring to 475 Belvedere, which is now is escrow but at the time I first mentioned it wasn’t yet on the market. Sorry.

    The $6k rent for Grattan house you feature in the other post today – amazing. That’s a ton of dough for two bedrooms! And it’s a small house. I’ve toured it several times (2100 sq FT). I wonder what the yield is on that…
