  1. From the listing “Tenant occupied (Fridge & some light fixtures belong to tenant” How could you not love the tenant here, he’s just down on his luck and trying to make it back to the blackjack table.

    Alex? no caption? I don’t understand. it’s VERY clear. Any listing photo with a human being or an unmade bed means “Tenant occupied AND PROTECTED who wont go”.
    It’s a fair trick used over and over in SF that I actually appreciate. It’s HONEST to list the property that way.
    (and to the credit of the tenant, the house is super clean and super tidy – so maybe he’s a tenant to keep)
