You gotta have faith, and a good photographer to get just the right light and angle when capturing the essence of a property to help it sell. Good marketing remarks help too: “View of neighbor”:

I sold 146 Faith, the yellow house to the left of 140 Faith, back in Oct ’05 for $800,000. The subsequent owners tried to resell for close to $1M two years later, but it didn’t work. $760,000 may be high for this location.
