I’m happy to report the recent sale of one of my latest listings in the Outer Richmond. As the #1 resident realtor in the neighborhood you can count on me and my company to get you stellar results even in complicated and confusing markets and situations. 

I expect 2024 to continue to be somewhat challenging, so if you’re in the market to buy or sell give me a call and we can discuss. I also cruise around the Outer Richmond, Outer Sunset, and pretty much every other neighborhood all the time and am continually baffled by the number of vacant homes. If you own one of those you should absolutely put it up for sale. No point keeping it. Our city needs the inventory, it will sell quickly, and your vacant property isn’t doing anybody any good.
