I don’t make the lists, and I certainly don’t do the polling, but one thing I do know is it’s about damn time the Richmond District got a little press for just how cool it actually is.
Bordered by Ocean on the west, park on the north (and Ocean if you do what many do and throw Sea Cliff into the Richmond), park to the south, and the entire city to the east, it’s no wonder the Richmond finally got a nod. Add to the mix the cool restaurants, culture, weather, transportation, and of course homes and … well … yeah, it’s an obvious choice for us here locally, but to be mentioned among the likes of areas around the world like Prague, Dublin, Auckland, Osaka, Barcelona, Madrid, Copenhagen, and Melbourne? That’s something.
Lucky for you, I just so happen to have an off market listing in the Richmond that not only has views of that western edge Ocean (it’s the Pacific for you stranieri), but also views of the parks, and hills to the south that only the Richmond neighborhood affords.
