You may remember 190 Sea Cliff? The stunner on the cliff with drop dead Golden Gate Bridge views from every level? My buyer missed it. We were a bit slow getting in. They are in contract already…with a backup offer. Even at the $25,000,000 mark a hot property in SF will still sell.
Believe it or not, even in this COVID Pandemic, the San Francisco Real Estate market continues to see Overbids. They are the norm for many Single Family homes in the West side of town. Condos….not seeing the same story, especially in the more densely populated areas of town. Think about where all of the young techies just had to be…the Mission, Mission Dolores, Haight, NOPA, SOMA…those kids are out to pasture and working from their adventure vans until the motherships call them back to base, so now is the time to be shopping for 2 bed condos in those areas. That is for sure.
