Happy to see our very own listing at 64 Rosemont get the #7 slot. Quick story on that…we received six offers after only six days on the market. Had we marketed it another week, we probably would have seen double, but we clearly set the bar a bit higher in that area, so a $1,725,000 non-contingent offer was not something to pass up. As for pricing it “too low”…definitely not. We priced it spot on and everything went according to plan…actually better than planned.
