SOLD | 2188 15th Street | Duboce Triangle

I’m happy to report my wonderful clients, and now friends, have recently been victorious with their offer in an incredibly competitive market, and can now call 2188 15th Street their home.

It was a long hard battle submitting offers on multiple properties only to have their hopes smashed like so many buyers in San Francisco. Alas, with good agent to agent relationships (George Langford and Kira Mead were a breeze to work with), strategic offer price, property inspectors on speed dial, and a little luck, the journey from the East Coast to the West is complete.

Really happy for you guys (Dog and baby too), and congratulations!

Great pic! Making more clients happy! Sometimes I forget how much you help people (like me) “find home” as it were. Great to see you keeping on!

Thanks Andy! Great to hear that. Let’s grab a drink sometime, and I’d like to grab some of those lemons from da lemon tree. Or a wood fired pizza. 😉
