New Year’s Resolutions Of A San Francisco Real Estate Blog

…in no order of importance:

1. Link more to other great sites, and even other Realtor sites (so send us those tips)
2. Throw that raging alcohol-rich party we’ve been talking about for a while now (sponsors welcomed)
3. Try not to upset fellow Realtors
4. Regularly post to, and finish the Tour de San Francisco (real estate)
5. Point out the good AND the bad about our real estate market and real estate industry (We know we’re guilty of focusing on the good, but we like to be the life of the party, not the Debbie Downer. Is that so wrong?)
6. Get more writers to contribute to our site (send inquiries)
7. Get the best and most accurate market statistics and data available to you 24/7 from our sidebar
8. Very likely pull the plug completely on theFrontSteps.ORG, the social network
9. Promote more local businesses that are active on this site and active in our San Francisco community (send to [email protected])
10. Give more money back to our New Development buyers (stay tuned)
11. Continue to grow readership and traffic to the site making theFrontSteps experience that much more enlightening

Anything you can think of that will make this site better? We’re all ears…

  1. 11- how very Spinal Tap of you. I thought I was ambitious with 3 until my sister-in-law said they had to be S.M.A.R.T. goals (she’s an MBA type). Killed my buzz.

[Editor’s Note: Yeah! Our amps go to eleven! Always will. MBA types can kill a buzz pretty quick that’s for sure.]
