From the text it sounds like just another condo, but you owe it to yourself to check it out. Keep in mind it may not be your thing, but it is an interesting, charming property with TONS of San Francisco “feel”.
I checked this property out last week. The pictures are far better than what you see in person. No way this property sells for over a million. Also, there was a termite truck in the driveway during the broker’s tour. Probably not the best timing. Make sure you get the place inspected.
