At 28 square miles, Novato is the largest and most northern town in Marin. A quick zoom on Google earth reveals an idyllic benefit of the landscape; large flat lots featuring single level ranch style homes many complete with 2 car garages, front and back yards and most importantly pools, plenty of them! Another added benefit is also reflected in price per square foot, drastically lower than homes a few minutes down Highway 101.
