"A Rare Brand Of Human"

"A Rare Brand Of Human"

Before I get to posting this amazing off market property I just listed on Church Street in the heart of the City (Mission Dolores), I couldn’t help but share this recent testimonial:

Alex is a rare brand of human. Not only did he manage to snag us the deal of the year on our gorgeous Parkside Craftsman dream home…12 hours after it hit the market – in a gnarly red triangle of overbidding and subsequent discouragement, but he advised (and sometimes consoled) us throughout the whole home search process. He paid attention to what we were looking for, and even checked our home out personally, so we could make a quick offer (sight unseen!) while we were out of town. In a competitive market like San Francisco, everyday normal people need an edge to compete, and a knowledgeable and talented Realtor is an absolute necessity. That dude’s name is Alexander Clark. Typically a realtor is in your life for a moment and has an objective, but you’ll want to surf Ocean Beach and hit the mountains long after you close with this awesome and solid human being.
Thank you Alex!!

You guys are very welcome. I’m super happy for you. Thanks for sticking it out, and thanks for playing the game. You played it well, and definitely won.
Full Disclosure: That picture is not me. It is my son ripping!
