As the old saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Don’t blow it by cutting costs and corners. Make your property shine. Be online in all the right places. Make a “wow” impression when buyers walk through the door.

If you don’t want more money, don’t stage. It hurts to pay for it up front, but you will get it back in the end, guaranteed.
