    found it.

    mansard roof + coordinated curtains and bed spread – it had to be district 7.
    then to get your attention, it’s either a stale fish out of the ordinary, or a sale so fast it flew off the shelf. – it has to be SFH on the high side.

    Then, it cannot be a new or remodel house. Those have the blaaaaaah hugly beige stagging. So from the MLS SFH district 7, pick the 4th probable photo matching what you look for (manicured well maintained classical facades)
    –> 2306 Broadway 6M (asking) – a Nina listing.

    CONGRATULATIONS on the buyer – it’s a lovely house in a stunning location.
