660-662 Natoma, an Ellised building with plans for a four unit with garage just sold for $850,000, which is not at all surprising or newsworthy. We just thought the price per acre was interesting. The lot is .043 acres, or 1875 square feet. This is what we call reading the fine print.
The residents at the Soma Grand will be able to throw water balloons at 660 Natoma, they’re so close.

The developer of this site is selling one unit for more than the site cost. I was in the building the broker mentioned that the site was purchased with plans but it was not approved by San Francisco Planning. The developer is green and even had the foresight to include electric car chargers. Watch this developer!
