I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. We were fortunate enough to work with him as both a buyer and seller, and I would turn to no one else in San Francisco for my real estate needs! Based on a friend’s recommendation, we hired Alex to sell our apartment. We could not have been happier! We needed to do a bit of work before the sale and he brought in an excellent (and reasonably priced) contractor to help and introduced us to a superb stager. We moved away from the area before the work was done and Alex made sure everything was done perfectly. And then the sale – he exceeded all our expectations! He generated an unbelievable amount of foot traffic with all of the open houses and an amazing number of serious buyers. The time from listing to closing was extremely fast and completely smooth.
