Alex is great!  I couldn’t recommend him more. We were looking for a vacant duplex in the Outer Richmond and the perfect unit came up.  Alex was able to get us a showing before the listed open houses.  This gave us a chance to see the unit early and move on all the necessary decisions needed to make an offer.  

We really felt the place was perfect and were considering bidding 100K over what we offered.  Alex gave his recommendation, which was the winning bid, and 100K less than what we willing to start with.  Super realtor!
