I’ve used a few other realtors in San Francisco before but with the SF condo market as trying as it is, we elected to expand our search this time around. Alex was recommended to us by our Washington realtor and really delivered in a tough environment / situation.

I wasn’t geographically near the property and actually hadn’t seen it in years (since the pandemic). Alex really delivered a full-service experience. From grabbing the keys from my outgoing tenants to coordinating the painters, stagers, photographer.

Due to slow delivery and poor communication from my building’s HOA, we didn’t have all our facts together when we originally listed, leading to Alex scrambling to make sure all our ducks were in a row right up until offer date.

Even with the challenging environment, we were able to field multiple offers and sell at a reasonable price. Throughout the entire process, Alex was never pushy, in fact, months went by between our initial interaction and when we ultimately decided to sell.

Throughout the process, Alex was overly communicative and extremely patient with us (we had just gone through a move and were settling in with a baby, toddler, and dog in tow), in addition, a business trip hit during our listing week so I was out of pocket during some crucial days.

Again, with all the challenges, Alex never blinked, took everything in stride, and exuded positivity. Would absolutely have Alex take on any future transactions in the Bay Area.
