The insights that Alex was able to share came out of his exceptional relationships he has established with the realtor community and through his expertise in SF real estate. He was able to get the feel on the interest in the property and seller’s expectations, which were critical inputs to draft an offer that gets me the property without overpaying for it.

Throughout the closing process, Alex, and his team were extremely proactive in regard to answering my questions. If I ever posed a question, he would make sure that he gets back to me, even though I didn’t expect an answer for some of my concerns/questions. Alex has shown such proactiveness even in the past, when I would just remotely express my interest in the property, and he would get back to me with critical insights on it after chatting with the listing agent, even though I didn’t expect him to begin his research as I would still be making up my mind.

In addition, I never felt pressured by Alex to make a certain decision or offer I was uncomfortable in. He offered the best advice, and then acted immediately on my decisions.
