Alex and his team did a wonderful job through what turned out to be a challenging sale for a variety of reasons (TIC, no parking, fire at a neighboring building). Throughout it all he kept us informed and worked his connections to get the home sold to some wonderful buyers. Can’t say enough about working with him. He’s very calm and easy-going even as two contracts fell through. His transaction manager, Brenda, did wonders to ensure everything was in place when the sale finally went through.

Reading this review brings back a few memories. We see a lot of unique situations in this market. A fire next door during the transaction is certainly not something you plan for. Add in the complexities of a TIC and the lack of parking… and you have a recipe for a stressful few months. We just kept our heads down and focused on the goal.
