Alex is a rare brand of human. Not only did he manage to snag us the deal of the year on our gorgeous Parkside Craftsman dream home…12 hours after it hit the market – in a gnarly red triangle of overbidding and subsequent discouragement, but he advised (and sometimes consoled) us throughout the whole home search process. He paid attention to what we were looking for, and even checked our home out personally, so we could make a quick offer (sight unseen!) while we were out of town.
