I just “discovered” Duboce a few months ago and fell in love with the area. It’s my new favorite. Two weeks ago, my wife saw the “forgotten soul” from down the street and shivered. From a block away, we could see at least $50,000 worth of work on the outside, saying nothing about foundation, pipes, electrical, etc.
