We were first time buyers (in SF or anywhere) and did not have any clue of what needed to be done to buy a house here in SF. We got connected to Alex through a mutual connection, and we highly recommend him.

For the viewings, Alex was always super responsive and great at setting up appointments to view houses (in COVID times).

But where Alex impressed us and where he really helped was DURING the offer phase, and AFTERWARDS to get everything ready for the closing.

During the offer phase: Alex knew the selling agent. He was able to get lots of details on timeline, when we would hear back, where did we rank among the initial offers etc. This info helped a ton. We did not realize this before, but having an agent that is well connected in SF is super important!

After our offer got accepted, Alex was also super helpful. He helped push everything forward with the mortgage, the home insurance company, the escrow company etc. He also answered ALL of our many questions every time a new Docusign landed in our emails. And we had a lot of questions. It is easy to ask him by email or text.

Lastly, Alex provided us a list of contacts in case we needed to do some work in the house. Super helpful.

To sum it up, we will definitely call Alex if we need to sell or buy in the future. He is super nice, professional and extremely well connected.
