Although the blog posts haven’t been coming through, the sales for theFrontSteps have. Since our last “SOLD” update, we’ve been a part of the following transactions:
Our new associate, Karim Scarlata helped his clients secure 232 Evelyn Way in Miraloma Park. Listed for $1,048,000 and sold for $1,350,000.
Yours truly helped some wonderful clients secure (in a very heated bidding scenario) this amazing Noe Valley home at 1328 Noe. Listed for $2,200,000 and sold for $2,700,000. Congratulations to all involved on that one.
I was also fortunate enough to be able to sell 4758 17th St, a great Cole Valley condo, again after roughly one month in my clients’ possession. Listed for $1,395,000, and sold for $1,505,000. I never like to have that conversation literally before someone moves into their new home, but in the end we were able to sell it for a good price to some wonderful people.
