My clients were the lucky winners of this sweet little house on 39th Ave that has amazing Pacific Ocean views from the deck, a great backyard, and everything a young couple could need to live the Outer Sunset dream. I’m looking forward to getting surf reports and telling my son which house he should water balloon on his way to school ;-)
