“Fire Damaged”. Lucky 8’s? Or location? Perhaps all three combined made for one helluva frenzy on 1818 8th Ave, which by the way sold for $1,008,000 in 2012 looking like this. From $998,000 to $1,600,000, almost exactly seven years later, fire damaged, in worse condition than before…that’s what it takes to claim the top spot on this week’s list of Top 10 Overbids, apparently:
