Previously we wondered if House Music can help sell a house. In the case of 2855 Pacific, a 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath Mansion on a very coveted block of Pacific Heights, it appears so. Twelve days on the market, asking price $7.7MM, selling price, not disclosed. But you can bet it was pretty damn close.  But why not 2863 Pacific, a 6 bed, 5.5 bath, $7.75MM Mansion literally next door? Or 2505 Divisadero, a 9 bed, 7 bath, $12.5MM Mansion around the corner on the crest of the hill that you could probably steal for $10MM, or less at this point?   Either way, great house, great block, great buy, and a good sign of the times.
