Supply wise, this is very much how I thought it would look like 4/08 versus 4/09. There are only 36 more SFRs for sale this year versus last. I do not discount the 1/3 less sold of this April versus last. But the notion that the city is swimming in inventory is not held by people going to open houses on Sundays. It is held by people who are not going to open houses on Sundays, who post on the Internets.
