Alexander Clark

Raised in the foothills of Reno, NV by a skiing family, Alexander moved to the beaches of California to attend college at UCSB, spending a year of his studies abroad in Vienna, Austria learning German, and experiencing the finer things in life. Having graduated with a B.A. in Political Science, his first post collegiate job was at Porsche Motors in Stuttgart, Germany marketing 911’s and Boxsters (and driving them REALLY fast…), but he decided he should set his sights higher, move back to the States and become a Lift Operator at Mt. Rose Ski area (ha!). He quickly realized this was not going to be a life-long career, and moved to San Francisco . . .

Living in San Francisco with his wife and two boys, he enjoys surfing, skiing, cycling and golf. He started in 2007, which now gets over 400,000 readers annually (sometimes more, sometimes less), and has grown to be a dominant brand in marketing and selling some of the best Bay Area real estate.  Additionally, he founded a website for off market real estate (, which was acquired, a San Francisco real estate newsletter (, and most recently a content marketing service for Realtors called “The Goods”.

With almost two decades of Bay Area real estate under his belt, Alexander has represented buyers & sellers of some of the finest property this amazing City has to offer, and maintains an elite spot in the top 40 of nearly 6000 San Francisco Realtors.  He has countless industry connections, and a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to put to work for you.

He would appreciate the opportunity to be your trusted real estate expert for life, and give 1% of his commissions back to the Planet.

1 for the planet We live in an incredibly beautiful location here in the Bay Area with amazing parks and recreation at our fingertips, and serene natural environments literally minutes from a bustling city that affords us the opportunity to escape it all. Sadly, we’re polluting the hell out of ourselves and our environment, and it’s got to stop.

Let’s get the trash and plastics off of the beaches we surf. Let’s keep surf spots alive by slowing sea level rise. Let’s ski more cold smoke powder days, and less rain days. Let’s get Lake Tahoe clear again, and let’s make Bay Area “Spare the Air days” a thing of the past.

With your transaction, we can give some of my commission to organizations dedicating themselves to saving our environment!
