Also was listed at half value with a deep lot, with houses across the street with views off the front vs the back (back always preferred) this was a list low marketing ploy, the house next door finished marginally with low ceilings and a short lot sold for 5m+…just to be fair
Sometimes it’s not so easy to price a property like this. Regardless, the outcome was tremendous given the state of the world.
