San Francisco’s Top 10 Overbids of the New Decade

Welcome to the first top 10 list of Overbids for 2020 in San Francisco.

Are we going to be doing this for another decade? It seems we’ve been talking overbids forever, at least since 2004 when a home on 38th Ave listed for $598,000 and sold for $738,000…it still hasn’t changed hands again according to mls, but if it did, in the same condition, it would probably be around $1.3M or more. There is talk of an end to this madness, but we aren’t seeing it yet, especially for single family homes in all price ranges. They aren’t building anymore of them, so we suspect unlimited demand for them in San Francisco for the foreseeable future.

Not too many surprises on this list, nevertheless fun to peruse and share with friends.
