A Perfect Match, TeedHaze & The Goods…Where Are You?

theGoods_sfAs much as this blog is all about real estate, it’s also all about me (Alex) and what I do to not only help my clients, but also my colleagues. For many years I’ve been dabbling in little ventures here and there to help my colleagues do more deals, and give their clients valuable real estate information. The first company was sfnewsletter, which created and sent branded newsletters for Realtors to their clients.

The second was PocketListings.net, a platform (like a dating site) for agents to share off market opportunities for their buyers and sellers (domain acquired by Top Agent Network).

And now, the Third, The Goods…Agents should not send their clients coffee mugs, refrigerator magnets, paper pads, and other useless crap that their insurance agent or dentist is probably sending them already. Real estate agents should send their clients The Goods…real time real estate information, such as New Listings, Recent Sales, Top 20 Overbids, Top 20 Underbids, and Properties 30 DOM or more on the market, sortable by neighborhood and property type.

Let your clients track the market, and they will contact you. The pages we create can be shared on social media, placed in blogs, newsletters, or linked to directly from your site. It’s all up to you.

I’ve been using it for a while (obviously), as have several early adopters (Domicile Properties, Par Hanji, Eddie O’Sullivan, Josh Lawrence, Alex Shvartsman, Carrie Goodman, Irina Luck, Suzanne Gregg, and the list goes on…) testing it all out, and now we (The Goods) are open for business to everyone.

That said, I’m pleased to announce one of the most successful real estate teams in all of San Francisco, heck, in all of California for that matter, actually, probably the nation, have signed up their entire team – TeedHaze.

This is exciting news, and should be an important kick in the butt for you agents wondering if it’s a good idea. It is. It works. It’s fun. It’s a GREAT way to keep in front of your clients, provide real time market information accessible from your website, and it should help you get more deals. You don’t get to be one of the best teams in the country, like TeedHaze, by sticking with your old routine. You can step into the new age, or you can continue to send post-its and coffee mugs…up to you.
