It appears there are indeed other hot markets outside of our incredibly sizzling bubble of activity, and the advice from other experts is the same I’ve been preaching to you all of you buyers for years…you must be pre-approved, you should write letters to sellers, you should do pre-inspections, you should be aggressive with your offers, and the internet is a tool for searching not deciding. Get out and see property, educate yourself on recent sales, and work with a local expert (preferably me).
