  1. Median is down across the board. Is the top end of the market finally taking some hits?

D3 and D10 down over 20% in just one year. Ouch. Now that’s a crash.

The one bright spot for realtors: if you can get sellers to drop their prices, there are buyers ready to buy.

  2. Wow, I’m sure there will be those who can craft some argument that SF is still holding up on prices, but if SFRs, the strongest segment, have taken this big a hit (20%) in a year, those arguments have lost any credibility.

  3. Wow! This is a shocker to me. I never saw this coming. I mean, I see the numbers all the time and I see the commentary and the market watchers, but this is truly a shocker. Could it be that the numbers are off. DIdn’t you guys post the numbers a month ago and weren’t they up? what gives. This really throws me as I was pretty close to jumping in on an offer on a SFR in Noe, which I understand is till flying high. Or is it? I’d love to hear from some of the realtors that read this site.
