170 Off Third, Sales Update

170offthirdfront.jpg

We’ve been told that 170 Off Third has placed over 99 of their 198 homes into contract (50%) since they began accepting deposits in early March. (Sales office opened March 10th.) That’s pretty impressive, to say the least.

Art selling condos at 170 Off Third

170offthirdart.jpg

170 Off Third announces the completion of South Beach’s newest public/private art installation. The 170 Off Third sales team will be hosting a special reception on Tuesday April 24th between 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm. You are welcome to attend.

They are showcasing Alexei Kazantsev’s vision for the 120-foot “Gods of Baseball” sculpture that stretches across the building’s King Street facade between the second and third floors. You will also be able to tour their recently completed courtyard, “which includes a dynamic wrought-iron and hand-blown glass art fence and sparkling lap pool”.

Be careful hucking cannonballs in that pool after a few cocktails in the courtyard…it is a lap pool.
