  1. I live two blocks away in a Doelger and am fairly certain is not a Rousseau — but a Doelger or Parkside Realty home. Doelger ripped off Rousseau, and Parkside ripped off Doelger. Just wondering if anyone researched to verify Rousseau built it.

  2. I just reread your comment, and it’s a good thing I’ve been putting things in print and online for quite some time, and I choose my words carefully. You’ll notice “Rousseau and Tudor STYLE”…meaning just that. Style. Not built by. :-) Come check it out dude!
