The current list price is $949,905, and as the spam asks, “WILL YOU BE KICKING YOURSELF IF THIS RITZ-CARLTON CONDO SELLS FOR ONLY $600,000?”

I suspect the HOA dues of $2400 have been the obstacle in getting this one sold at $949.

Wow! This is business. Maybe the owner is too desperate to sell the property. This will be mocked on by buyers. Auction will be fun for this.
