I could be wrong, but as I recall this unit, or possibly another in this complex, was sold, but then groups of thugs repeatedly showed up and messed with the new owners and told them they don’t want to be there and they got driven away. There were some news stories about this at the time. Possibly previous owners were having trouble letting go and had delusions of returning? The price might actually be high if it comes with a bunch of trouble.
